About the Role
As an LPN or MA at Bitterroot Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive clinic setting. You'll work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to provide both direct and indirect care that meets the physical, emotional, and communication needs of our patients and their families.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and is committed to excellence in patient care.
What You'll Do

Assist providers in delivering exceptional care

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Monitor and report on patient conditions and diagnostic results

Uphold clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Licensures, Certifications & Registrations:
-
BLS certification or higher is required.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

LPN: A current Montana LPN license is required.

Medical Assistant: Certification through completion of an accredited examination recognized by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) is required. Candidates with three years of medical experience preferred or an associate degree in a healthcare field may substitute this experience or education for the certification requirement at the time of hire. When a substitution is used, Medical Assistant certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
