Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM plus On-Call Rotation

When water damage turns someone's day upside down, our Water Restoration Crew Chiefs step in, take charge, and help get things back on track. If you enjoy solving problems, leading a team, and seeing the direct impact of your work every day, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for a Water Restoration Crew Chief who can lead by example, communicate confidently with customers, and keep projects moving from start to finish. This isn't a role where you sit back and wait for instructions. You'll be making decisions, guiding technicians, and helping customers through some of the toughest days they'll face.

What You'll Do

  • Lead water restoration projects

  • Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and mitigation work

  • Set up and monitor drying equipment and moisture readings

  • Communicate with customers and keep them informed throughout the project

  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members

  • Complete job documentation, photos, and daily updates

  • Ensure work is completed safely and according to industry standards

  • Train and support restoration technicians on the job
