As a DSP, you’ll be a key part of helping people live their best lives—at home and in the community. Every day is different, but you can expect to:

Support daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and personal care

💰 Pay & Schedule

Starting pay: $18.25/hour

After 1 year: $18.75/hour

Maximum pay: $19.25/hour (based on years of service)

Flexible options: Part-time and full-time schedules available based on the needs and preferences of the people we support
