Description

TheDirect Support Professional (DSP)provides support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting and within the community.

Cornwall Hillis home to ten senior gentlemen who have a love of music, movies and Jeopardy! The home is located in the town of Patterson, just minutes from our favorite restaurants. The staff and gentlemen atCornwallenjoy being a part of their community. If you are seeking employment where you can make a difference,CornwallHill is the place for you!

A high school diploma or GED is desired. Post-high-school education in Human Services is a definite plus. An acceptable NYS driver's license and basic computer knowledge are a must. An informative, paid new hire orientation is provided in a comfortable learning environment. Training will also include Van Certification, SCIP, First Aid/CPR, and Medication Administration certification.

HOURS: 34 hours weekly - Sunday 8a-10p Monday & Tuesday 12p-10p

Starting Salary: $19.44 - $21.39 per hour plus additional shift differentials as applicable

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred

  • Acceptable NYS Driver's License

  • Computer skills
