Clinician (Mental Health Specialty Flex)

Mobile position in the Central communities of Massachusetts (Worcester)

Full-Time salaried $65,000

Higher rates for independent licensure or if bilingual

Sign-on Bonus: $2500

Who You Are:

An individual who has earned a master’s degree and is license eligible as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT with prior experience working with youth and families, including youth experiencing mental health and/or behavioral challenges. A willingness to work collaboratively with other disciplines and an ability to individualize treatment based on the needs of a family. Seeking candidates with a flexible schedule. Must be organized and have strong documentation and clinical writing skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

What You Will Do:

The Clinician is part of a specialized interdisciplinary team including a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Therapeutic Support Specialist, Occupational Therapist, and a Family Partner.

  • Engage youth and family in the intake process, including risk assessment and safety planning

  • Collaborate with families and team members to complete all required assessments and maintain up to date treatment plan goals

  • Facilitate weekly in-home therapeutic sessions for children and families, may participate in additional sessions as needed including caregiver coaching

  • Provide clinical guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals

  • Engage in ongoing care coordination with both internal and external providers

  • Participate in the on-call rotation for Children’s Mental Health Services
