About the role

 We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in keeping our employees productive. This role combines technical problem-solving with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership, serving as the primary point of contact for employees across hardware, software, and access needs.

About you/who we are looking for

  • Fluent in English for documentation, policies, and vendor interaction

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for employees needing IT assistance across hardware, software, and access issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems through remote sessions and direct interaction, aiming for quick and effective solutions
  • Take full ownership of support requests, from initial troubleshooting through resolution or escalation when needed
  • Set up and onboard new employees with the tools they need, including device provisioning and basic guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, tools, and the overall user experience
  • Help maintain office IT infrastructure, such as meeting rooms and shared equipment



You might be a fit if...

  • Around 4-6+ years of experience in an IT support / helpdesk role (must have)
  • Working knowledge of identity and device management tools, e.g. Okta, Active Directory, or similar (must have)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced in managing conference room logistics , including scheduling and setting up audiovisual equipment for meetings.
  • Comfort supporting macOS and Windows environments and device management solutions (must have)
  • Experience working in a startup organization or an IDF unit (must have)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and remote connectivity (VPN)

Bonus points if...

  • Experience supporting peripherals like printers and meeting room systems
  • Scripting or automation skills
  • Okta Certification

Physical Environment

 This position requires the ability to perform sedentary work, which involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects as needed. The employee will primarily operate standard office equipment and keyboards, and may require close visual acuity for tasks like analyzing data and reading extensive text.
