Staff Management & Development: Recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance. They coach employees on sales techniques, conflict resolution, and product knowledge.Sales & Financial Oversight: Monitoring daily and weekly sales performance against targets. Responsibilities include managing the store budget, controlling labor costs, and analyzing data to maximize profitability.Inventory Control: Tracking stock levels, receiving shipments, conducting audits, and preventing shrinkage (loss prevention).Customer Experience: Modeling premium service, handling escalations, and ensuring the team maintains a welcoming brand environment. Store Operations & Compliance: Opening and closing the store, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
