Description

Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to evaluate, diagnose and provide therapy to remediate disorders of speech, voice and language in children and adults as prescribed by a referring physician, taking into account the individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs.

Education : Possess a Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.

Licensure/Registration/Certification: Possess a New York State license in Speech & Language Pathology.

Experience: New graduate is acceptable.

Preferred:Possess two (2) years of experience working in an acute care setting with experience in video fluoroscopy.
