About Eudia

Eudia is revolutionizing legal work through AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, empowering Fortune 500 and government legal teams to accelerate decision-making, mitigate risk, and drive strategic growth. With $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re crafting a category-defining platform that fuses AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal departments into engines of innovation.

At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software companies, our teams ship solutions in days, not months, delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, Duracell, and the federal government. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to automation at scale.

We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI, we’d love to meet you.

Opportunity for Impact

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer delivery. We're hiring for a Forward Deployed Engineer, Deployment Strategist, who partners directly with customers to transform their complex workflows and institutional knowledge into scalable, technology-driven solutions, while helping shape the future of our product.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deploy and scale AI-powered solutions. You will act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and technical teams, translating real-world operational workflows into impactful product capabilities.

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, Deployment Strategist, who goes deep on the customer: translating institutional knowledge and workflows into deployment plans, driving adoption, and acting as the strategic thread between customer stakeholders and our technical teams.

This role is ideal for highly adaptable, entrepreneurial engineers who thrive in customer-facing environments and are excited to leverage AI to solve complex problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Solution Development: Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge and requirements into scalable, technology-enabled workflows and integrations.

  • Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to test features, identify high-impact use cases, and contribute ideas for new product capabilities. Act as a translator between customer needs and technical execution.

  • Customer Engagement & Enablement: Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educate users on product capabilities, validate use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive successful adoption.

  • Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM teams to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

  • Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.

  • Strong user of AI tools, with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact.

  • Entrepreneurial by nature: a self-starter who builds, iterates, and takes initiative without waiting to be told; highly adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

  • A relentless owner mindset. You proactively identify what needs to happen, align the right people, drive outcomes, and close the loop, even if the problem starts outside your lane.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Excitement about AI and the opportunity to transform how complex work is done. Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in management consulting, government program delivery, or customer success, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.

  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

  • Domain knowledge of military acquisition.

  • Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).

  • Experience working with government or defense sector clients.

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to defense contracting (e.g., CMMC, ITAR, NIST 800-171). Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Impactful Work: Be part of a team at the forefront of AI innovation and Augmented Intelligence.

  • Fortune 500 Exposure: Work alongside F500 legal teams to drive AI innovation and redefine how complex work gets done.

  • Growth Opportunities: Work in an environment that encourages professional growth and exploration of new ideas.

  • Dynamic Culture: Join a group of passionate, driven individuals committed to making a difference. Compensation Range: $160K - $200K
