Our data exists with the consent of over a billion people, organized into the most complete picture of consumer attention ever built. The biggest brands in the world use that picture to make smarter decisions. We think it’s the most interesting data asset on the planet, because it’s the most culturally relevant. What You'll Do
-
Plan and manage events end-to-end — partner with the Events Lead to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, catering, AV, shipping, travel, onsite staffing, and production details across Samba-hosted events, industry events, and sponsorship activations.
-
Scale webinar programming — collaborate with Events Lead, marketing insights, demand gen, and partners to grow the number of webinars produced. Manage planning and promotion to flawless production to expand our audience and generate new leads.
-
Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships — manage contract execution, deliverables, and ensure brand visibility and fulfillment of benefits.
-
Drive cross-functional alignment — collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align event and sponsorship goals with business objectives, branding, collateral, and executive participation.
-
Execute seamless experiences — oversee onsite and online delivery, manage guest lists, RSVPs, registration, customer/partner communications, and act as point-of-contact for vendors, speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
-
Manage audience engagement — build and maintain invitee lists, ensure accurate outreach and follow-up, and support executive participation in panels, speaking slots, and networking opportunities.
-
Event Communication and Promotion Strategy — support the creation of event communications and collaborate on promotional strategy for events (in partnership with demand generation and sales teams) to meet registration and attendance goals, and follow ups, leveraging tactics such as email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
-
Measure and optimize performance — track KPIs including attendance, engagement, meetings, MQLs, influenced and attributed revenue, budget spend, and ROI. Provide post-event reporting, insights, and lead capture to improve future investments.
