High School Diploma or Equivalent 4 years experience in Housekeeping, Laundry and/or Floor Tech 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred Ability to flex between various Environmental Services roles Genuine passion for working with elders Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to foster team work with fellow care partners Ability to complete Environmental services duties as needed Strong organization and time management skills Flexible and positive attitude
