Leveraging AI and predictive algorithms, Inkitt discovers unknown stories and turns them into blockbuster hits, producing a new $1M ebook every 7 days and selling directly to consumers through its Inkitt Galatea app. Bestsellers are then translated onto the screen through Inkitt CandyJar , the #1 US-based microdrama platform with billions of episodes streamed to date, and Inkitt Ironblood , the world's first streaming app for superhero, sci-fi and action stories.

Inkitt has become the 11th most bestseller-generating publisher in the world, boasting a 40x higher hit-rate than traditional publishers.

This is an in-office role , requiring 5 days per week onsite at our San Francisco (South Park) office . Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office Monday–Friday. What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, working side‑by‑side on strategic priorities, planning cycles, and special projects that drive Inkitt’s growth.
  • Oversee cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and delivery across the executive team and company leadership.
  • Translate high‑level strategy into actionable plans and operational frameworks.
  • Support decision‑making by conducting deep strategic and analytical work, identifying trends, and providing data‑driven insights.
  • Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and strong executive alignment.
  • Represent the CEO in key discussions, meetings, or projects as needed, ensuring continuity of leadership and communication.
  • Champion collaboration and operational excellence across teams, helping Inkitt stay fast‑moving and coordinated as it scales globally. What You'll Bring:
  • MBA required from a top institution, paired with strong strategic and operational acumen.
  • Top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or Bridgewater) or investment banking experience required. Ideally have additional experience in a strategy/product/business operations role at a tech company
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or executive operations.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence and humility—able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and executives.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in hands‑on execution mode.
