Sanford Health has a an opportunity available for a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their growing practice in Perham, Minnesota.

Clinic Hours M-F 8a-5p and Sat 9a-noon

Looking for a provider to join in 2025

24/7 staffed emergency room

Cal 1:6

Multispecialty group practice including Family Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Psychology

Service region of approximately 15,000 patients

Outreach specialties include Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Cardiology, Oncology, and Nephrology

Clinic and Hospital are 136,000 square feet; attached to a 25 bed critical access hospital along with 52 clinical exam rooms all under one roof
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Competitive compensation package includes:

Compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
