Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Manager

Location: Hendersonville, TN

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000/year (pending experience)

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is seeking a physical therapist to lead and deliver exceptional patient care as the center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventive and rehabilitative services to maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions

Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
