JOB SUMMARY
Provides a full range of legal advice and services as an attorney. May serve as counsel to a business unit or as a corporate-level subject matter expert in a particular legal discipline (e.g., employment law, intellectual property, or litigation).

Collaborates closely with the General Counsel and colleagues in Legal, Corporate & Securities counsel, Internal Audit, Risk Management, HR, Finance and other core functions to further business and Compliance Program objectives

Monitors and audits and, as necessary, helps coordinate compliance activities across the enterprise

Engages with the Board of Directors to report, advise and develop compliance-related programs and procedures
