Location: Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY 23.84 per hour | Full-Time | Thurs–Mon 3:00pm - 12:00am / Tues & Wed Off

Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate Residential Advisors on assigned shifts • Maintain a safe, structured, and positive dormitory environment • Supervise student behavior and support conflict resolution • Assist with training and evaluating residential living staff • Complete student reports, passes, evaluations, and documentation • Coordinate dorm activities, competitions, and leadership programs • Communicate with student families when needed • Conduct dorm inspections and oversee cleanliness and safety • Mentor students and model Career Success Standards • Support and enforce Job Corps’ Zero Tolerance Policy

Qualifications
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1+ year of Job Corps or related youth program experience • Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to supervise staff and mentor students effectively • Valid in-state driver’s license preferred • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
