Job Title: Paint/Powder Coater
Manager Title Paint Line Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. We design, build, test, sell and service our equipment consisting of products such as our well-known “Bull Hog” mulchers, the Stump Ex, our high-quality FTX tractors of varying horsepower, as well as many other attachments. Job Summary:
By following all safety protocols and procedures, operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results.

Prepares the surface to bind to the paint to be applied.

Applies paint in the desired color and amount, often using specialized spaying equipment, ensuring the quality of the job is up to company standards.

Maintains the technical equipment for the job and ensures that they are in working order.

Cleans up and maintains the work area and equipment.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Ability to safely climb ladders and crawl around and under equipment.
-
Work is performed standing for eight hours with frequent bending, twisting and turning.

Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
Education and Experience:
-
H.S diploma or equivalent.
-
A minimum of three years industrial painting experience required.
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
-
Respiratory testing and the training/fitting of respiratory mask is required immediately upon hire.
