Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 120 N OAK ST City: HINSDALE State: Illinois Postal Code: 60521 Job Description:

  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments. Other duties as assigned.
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
  • Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status. Documents all phases of patient status while responsible for their care. Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.

Education:

  • Associate's of Nursing [Required]
  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
