High School Diploma or EquivalentLoan Servicing Experience 1-3 Years

Full job description

What We Expect of You

Working knowledge of Commercial loans operating systems.
Strong verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
Ability to manage various assignments simultaneously and meet required deadlines.
Ability to perform research and resolve problems.
Computer proficiency in Bank systems, MS Office Suite, and loan operation programs.
Strong analytical ability with superior aptitude for figures.

Your Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years loan servicing or loan operations experience strongly preferred.

Internal and External Contacts

Internal customer service including but not limited to Commercial Loan Post Closing, Small Business Lending, Commercial Lending Team, Special Asset Department, Deposit Operations, Auditors, etc.
External customer service including Fiserv, External Council, title companies, auditors, etc. as needed.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.

Salary Range: $48,460.00 - $72,370.00
