Summary
Prepares and assembles electrical components of compressor packages by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Reads blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly and schematic drawings, and receives verbal instructions regarding work assignment.

Plan and execute conduit routes based on drawings

Use conduit bender to form conduit runs around obstacles
-
Understands and installs different components and parts such as electrical devices and instrumentation on compressor packages.

Pull and terminate different types of wiring.
-
Use a welder to attach strut for mounting conduit to compressor package
-
The ability to use excel spreadsheets to import able tags.

Must be able to communicate and work together with other members of production in order to coordinate upcoming routing and corrective action plans when needed.

May cross-train in other functions of the assembly team.
Qualifications

One year certificate from college or technical school or related experience and training

2-5 year’s experience working in an industrial environment

Ability to read blue prints and use simple math skills

Ability to read and interpret a tape measure

Must be able to work as a team

Ability to pass a drug test
