Personal Trainer / Group Training Coach Anytime Fitness | Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity About the Opportunity Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our coaching team! This role begins as part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position for the right person. We’re a locally-owned, small-business environment where every coach’s contributions matter. This role specifically is for an early-morning trainer who will be responsible for running 1:1 and small group training sessions as early as 5am throughout the week. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a coach who is: • Energetic and positive • Knowledgeable in fitness and behavior change • A self-starter who takes ownership • Coachable and open to feedback • Organized and reliable • Clear and professional in communication • Humble yet confident when leading clients • Growth-minded and eager to keep learning Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality personal training sessions • Lead engaging small-group training workouts • Follow pre-built workout programs while adding your own flavor and knowing when & how to personalize to meet clients' needs • Follow an assessment + sales process to determine which program is right for a client, and get them started • Build & maintain strong member relationships • Assist with onboarding new clients • Maintain a clean, welcoming training environment • Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience • Utilize computer systems to keep member accounts updated • Participate in club social media presence Requirements • Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA preferred), or in the process of obtaining one • Current CPR/AED certification • Sales experience preferred • Ability to communicate in Polish and/or Spanish preferred but not required • Training experience required, even if it’s only with friends/family • Flexible availability, including evenings & weekends • Reliable transportation • Coachability & drive to always be improving Compensation & Perks • Hourly pay with opportunities for commission • 401k with match • Ongoing education and mentorship • Access to free CEC credits • Growth into full-time employment available for those who want it • Opportunities at multiple nearby Anytime Fitness locations How to Apply Please submit your résumé, a brief introduction, and your availability.
