Job Duties
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity for a company in the East Metro!
- Respond to custom jewelry inquiries and guide customers through the design and purchasing
process via email, phone, video consultations, and in-person appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product, custom design, pricing, sizing,
material, and order-related questions.
- Learn each customer's vision, including design preferences, materials, gemstones, engraving,
budget, and timeline, and recommend appropriate options based on production capabilities.
- Prepare and communicate custom jewelry quotes, explain pricing and design options, and assist
customers in moving projects from inquiry to purchase.
- Manage multiple custom jewelry projects simultaneously, tracking each project from initial inquiry
through quoting, payment, CAD design, revisions, approval, sizing, production, and completion.
- Coordinate custom projects with the CAD/design team by clearly communicating specifications,
reviewing CAD renderings, managing customer revisions, and tracking approvals.
- Maintain accurate project notes and customer details while following up on open inquiries,
quotes, and active custom projects.
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service throughout the entire custom
jewelry experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous jewelry industry experience is required; bridal and engagement jewelry experience
strongly preferred.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, ideally in a consultative or custom-order
environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with warmth and empathy when discussing
meaningful life events.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
simultaneously.

Comfortable working with e-commerce, email, and project-tracking systems.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
Minimum Education Required
HS or GED, bachelor's degree preferred
