Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Graduate Nurse (GN) to join our team! The Graduate Nurse (GN) is responsible to ensure that the delivery of nursing care on the unit is consistent with facility standards and established policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with New York State Department of Health regulations.

Supports and promotes the nursing department functions by following established policies and procedures.

Is knowledgeable and responds appropriately to nursing/facility emergencies according to established policies and procedures.

May be required to perform direct resident care duties.

Assesses and advises appropriate nursing personnel of changes in resident’s condition

Enters accurate resident information in medical record chart in accordance with facility policies and procedures and Department of Health regulations

Qualifications:
