• Full-time: Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

• Starting Pay:

• Full-time: Starting at $19/hr.

What’s Expected?

To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control (https://www.uscargocontrol.com/) , Fasteners Plus (https://www.fastenersplus.com/) , and Ecofoil (https://www.ecofoil.com/) brands.

All team members must adhere to the safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

• Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines

• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift, including frequent walking across short and long distances within the facility.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting

• Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely

• Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms

• Regular pushing and pulling of equipment (e.g., pallet jacks and carts) as part of daily job duties.

Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse:

• Small Pack

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists

• Audit orders for accuracy.

• Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.

• Fulfill the order in the ERP.

• Receiving & Inventory

• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.

• Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.    

• Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO. 

• Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.   

• LTL

• Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.

• Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.

• Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution.

As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.

Equipment

• Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
