We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Order Expediter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials critical to meeting production requirements. By actively managing and expediting open purchase orders, you will play a key role in maintaining the seamless flow of materials needed to support uninterrupted production processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as an order expediter, prioritizing and adjusting workflows to meet dynamic production requirements.

  • Analyze open purchase orders and MRP messages in SAP to proactively resolve delays and align delivery schedules with production needs.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality specifications.

  • Update order confirmations and manage real-time data in SAP and SFM tools to keep records precise and current.

  • Troubleshoot receiving and invoicing discrepancies using advanced problem-solving techniques to maintain smooth operations.

  • Communicate effectively with buyers and escalate critical issues promptly to prevent disruptions in production schedules.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED and a Proven background in supply chain operations and production processes.

  • Proficiency in SAP, SCM tools, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong skills in interpreting reports, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing demands.

  • Proactive approach to resolving complex issues and driving process
