Overview

We’re hiring Corporate Trainers for a company that blends heavy industry with precision manufacturing. This role serves as the central training coordinator across the facility, partnering with Human Resources and Production to build, improve, and maintain training programs that support employees from onboarding through long-term development.

You’ll own the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT), develop training materials, track employee progress, and work directly with department leaders and subject matter experts to improve training effectiveness. You’ll spend roughly half your time in the production environment, ensuring training aligns with real operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • LMS Administration: Maintain accurate training records and learning management system.
  • New Hire Training: Coordinate onboarding and initial employee development.
  • OJT Programs: Review and improve department training documentation.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and production-floor training sessions.
  • Curriculum Development: Create presentations, SOPs, and training manuals.
  • Performance Reviews: Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Department Support: Partner with managers and subject matter experts.
  • Compliance Tracking: Coordinate recertifications and regulatory training requirements. Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.

  • Experience developing training presentations.

  • Ability to write procedures and training materials.

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Able to work outside normal business hours.

  • Comfortable working in production environments. Preferred

  • Manufacturing experience.

  • Learning Management System experience.

  • Experience leading employee training programs.

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

  • Experience developing On-the-Job Training programs.

  • Experience measuring training effectiveness.

  • Experience collaborating with department subject matter experts.
