As a Pre-License Support Specialist, you will be undergoing a 7 -day paid training to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam to become a Licensed Insurance Agent. That's right, you'll be getting PAID TO STUDY ! TP will provide a Trainer, study materials and cover the costs for taking and scheduling the exam. All you'll have to do is show up ready to learn! Upon completing the Pre-Licensing course and passing the State Insurance Exam, you will enter into our Insurance department at TP to use your License along with excellent decision-making skills to find innovating ways to resolve issues and respond to customer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues.

Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns

Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested

Support policy holders needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Qualifications:

Must be located in FL, IN or TX

Must meet state requirements to obtain Insurance License
-
Must have your own laptop or PC with a webcam/camera for the 7-day course
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
-
Must be 18 years of age or older.
-
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
-
Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
-
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
-
College degree preferred but not required.
