Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Records Management Supervisor to join our Team in Lee's Summit, MO .
Position Responsibilities:

The Supervisor anticipates and prepares materials needed by the PM and Records Management Managers.The Supervisor composes technical and administrative correspondence for final approval and signature of the PM or other Managers.The Supervisor will provide input support to various records management projects via manual entry as well as scanning efforts.The Supervisor shall have superior organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Attend IPT meetings and support project information reporting

Maintain the action items log

Work with records management staff to obtain status of actions items and other pending issues

Provide administrative support services related to DHS records management systems

Service acquisition activities that support a program’s development, management, and contracting.

Manage the contract acquisitions log and ensure purchases of records management services, supplies and equipment are effectively acquired and logged.

Conduct research on discrepancies pertaining to contractor monthly reports

Provide guidance to the Contract Data Entry Operator and assistance to Management Team in regard to their responsibility for the preparation, review, and submission of contract requirements.

High school diploma and a minimum of five years of experience relevant to acquisition and providing support to national records management (NRC) program management is required.(3 years general experience and 2 years specialized experience in records management, document analysis, information retrieval, or similar functions. Combination of successfully completed post high-school education and experience, including certificates of superior achievement, may be substituted for the 2 years of specialized experience.)·

Must possess a working knowledge and familiarity of the DHS acquisition system, administrative support processes, and office automation systems such as word processing [Microsoft Word], spreadsheets [Microsoft Excel], graphics, and database systems.

Must have the ability to assimilate and analyze data from relevant parties.

Capable of preparing presentations or other documentation.

Must possess the ability to work with Federal Task Leads and other employees to create, submit, and retrieve various project information records and/or documents.

Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with personnel, users, and other staff who may have no technical background.
