Shift Manager – Lead, Grow, and Make an Impact
Managers at our franchise‑owned McDonald’s restaurants lead shifts every week, ensuring every guest receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. As a Shift Manager, you set the tone for the team, guide operations, and help deliver the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness we’re known for.

You’ll plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to uphold McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff. You may also help your department meet its goals and targets.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
