As the Youth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Provide proper personal care, scheduling and supervision to ensure the health, welfare and safety of clients and, if appropriate, their children.

Plan and implement a well-balanced residential program of formal and informal group living experiences with the residents.

Work as a member of the residential staff to ensure continuity of residential care.

Implement house rules and program policies with clients.

Assess residents’ overall participation and adjustment in the residential program.
Youth Specialist Minimum Pay Rate: $17.00
Youth Specialist Maximum Pay Rate: $21.00
Youth Specialist Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 7AM - 3PM
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1 year experience in related field, 1-3 years preferred
