Pay: $28.00–$36.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Advance Resources LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Setup Machinist to join our manufacturing team. We're looking for someone who can independently program, set up, and operate Haas CNC equipment while producing high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC milling and turning machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Edit, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Maintain and use your own basic machinist tools.
Minimum Education Required
Qualifications
Required
Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes.
Hands-on experience with:
---Haas VF-3 Vertical Mill
---Haas SL-30T CNC Lathe
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, and inspection methods.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license.
Must provide your own basic machinist tools.
Minimum Experience Required
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Haas controls.
