About the Role A Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and answer questions about food or beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver meals and ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal and respond promptly to any needs
- Handle payments, process transactions, and thank guests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service What we're looking for
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but not always required
