We are actively seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to deliver exceptional, individualized care within the Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon, and adjacent communities.
Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and ambulation (transfers and range of motion exercises).

Execute meal planning, preparation, and feeding.

Conduct light housekeeping tasks.

Furnish companionship and offer respite services for family members.

Supply transportation for medical appointments, errands, and other necessary activities (as required).
Qualifications Sought:
- A documented minimum of two years of professional experience caring for seniors.
- Current State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (preferred).
- TB test result is required
- Successful completion of a drug screening and comprehensive background check.
- Proficiency in operating a Hoyer lift (advantageous).
- Experience in Dementia, Hospice, or end-of-life care (advantageous).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to an insured and reliable vehicle (preferred).
