Full or Part-time position, Monday through Friday.
The Clinical IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting clinical software systems and optimizing system workflows for end-users, including the following:

Developing and documenting training and best practices for using the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Training and supporting staff and physicians on the EMR
-
Entering support tickets with the charting software vendors and assisting users to resolve software issues

Generating system reports and assisting clinical teams with
-
Assessing accreditation and compliance requirements and standards. Collaborating with leadership to align policies, workflows, and system configurations to achieve compliance goals
Requirements
5 years of hospital or clinical experience required. Must demonstrate an understanding of electronic charting, including but not limited to electronic MAR, order entry, and electronic form entry. Competency in general computing skills, including keyboarding, email, Word, and Excel is required. Prefer technical college courses or education.
