At Logan Health Cut Bank, our nurses care deeply about each other and the patients we serve. We are looking for a Director of Nursing who brings clinical strength, steady leadership, and a kind, people first approach. You will guide nursing services across emergency, inpatient, swing bed, surgical, outpatient, and specialty care. You will help teams learn, grow, and feel supported.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current Montana RN License or multistate compact license

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

  • Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in nursing required

  • RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire

  • ACLS, PALS, within 6 months of hire

  • Current TNCC or ENPC, STABLE, and NRP within 12 months of hire

  • Relevant knowledge of healthcare delivery, health reform, and care systems

  • Understanding of critical access and rural healthcare environments is ideal

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Includes working flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when necessary. This position requires attendance of meetings and educational classes for the purpose of staff reviews, unit staff meetings and quality improvement or clinical case review(s), required education, and certification courses.
