Join Our Team as a Full-Time Leasing Professional!
Looking to build your leasing career while earning commissions and making a real impact on where people call home? We’re looking for a Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our team and create a welcoming, resident-focused experience at our 332 unit community. Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour

$100 per New Lease Commission

Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions

Morgan Essentials – $300 every quarter
Hours: 32-35/hrs per week.

What We’re Looking For

Prior customer-facing experience required (leasing or sales a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

One to three months of related experience or training

Valid driver’s license

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
