FASTSIGNS is hiring a Visual Communications Specialist/ Inside Sales. FASTSIGNS is seeking a Visual Communications Specialist/Inside Sales professional to serve as the first point of contact for customers, prepare estimates, manage work orders, and ensure timely delivery while building lasting client relationships and supporting team initiatives.

Key focus areas include Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center, Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders, and Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

Successful candidates bring High School Diploma Or Equivalent. Preferred (not required): Customer Service, Sales, Outgoing, and Responsive.

FastSigns is hiring for a Visual Communications Specialist/ Inside Sales to join our team!

A Successful FASTSIGNS Specialist Will:

  • Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center

  • Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders

  • Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center

  • Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business

  • Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

  • Initiate sales calls to prospective clients to increase company client base

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist/ Inside Sales:

  • 2-3 years of customer service & sales experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

  • Great listening and organization skills

  • Very comfortable with incoming and outgoing sales conversations

  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
