Financial Advisor

Description

Currently partnering with a well-established financial institution seeking a licensed investment professional to join their team. This is a highly visible role that blends investment strategy, client relationship management, and business development.

This individual will play a key role in supporting the investment process, working closely with internal teams, and engaging directly with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with expert advice on non-deposit investment products, ensuring solutions align with their financial objectives.

• Analyze client portfolios and recommend investment strategies to optimize performance.

• Manage ongoing client relationships through regular financial plan reviews and responsive communication.

• Execute investment transactions in strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

• Resolve client issues effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Collaborate with Banking Center teams to enhance cross-functional performance and drive results.

• Oversee and support the training of a Financial Services Assistant to ensure operational excellence.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and market trends to maintain expertise in the field.

• Participate in community engagement and marketing initiatives to promote investment services.

Requirements

Background:

• Active Series 7 and 65 or 66 licenses & Massachusetts Life and Health Insurance licenses are preferred (open to getting)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment sales or advisory roles.
