About the Role

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind reliable equipment, safe facilities, and a well-supported maintenance team. You’ll:

  • Lead, coach, and support a skilled maintenance team

  • Plan and prioritize daily work to keep production running efficiently

  • Oversee preventative maintenance and help reduce downtime

  • Manage repair schedules, equipment upgrades, and capital projects

  • Coordinate building and grounds maintenance across the site

  • Partner with other departments to improve processes and productivity

  • Work with vendors, contractors, and inspectors to keep everything compliant and on track

  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, food safety, and quality

You’ll also play a key role in shaping a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative spirit. Ideally, you have:

  • 3–5 years of trades training and/or several years of maintenance leadership experience

  • Industrial electrical knowledge and familiarity with NEC/NFPA standards

  • Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Confidence reading blueprints, manuals, and technical documents

  • The ability to communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and leadership

  • A commitment to safety, quality, and doing things the right way
