At Essel, we are committed to delivering operational excellence in environmental services. We are currently seeking a Pump Laborer who is enthusiastic about contributing to our projects and has a knack for working with various pumping systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operation and maintenance of various types of pumps, including but not limited to groundwater extraction and dewatering pumps.

Monitor pump performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Assist with the installation and removal of pumping equipment.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of all pump systems to ensure optimal functioning.

Participate in site preparation and cleanup activities.
-
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Prior experience in labor or mechanical roles, specifically relating to pumping systems preferred.

Ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and transporting equipment (up to 50 lbs unassisted).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
