Join Essel as a Pump Laborer!

At Essel, we are committed to delivering operational excellence in environmental services. We are currently seeking a Pump Laborer who is enthusiastic about contributing to our projects and has a knack for working with various pumping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of various types of pumps, including but not limited to groundwater extraction and dewatering pumps.

  • Monitor pump performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Assist with the installation and removal of pumping equipment.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of all pump systems to ensure optimal functioning.

  • Participate in site preparation and cleanup activities.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in labor or mechanical roles, specifically relating to pumping systems preferred.

  • Ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and transporting equipment (up to 50 lbs unassisted).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
