What You’ll Do

• Lead by example: Launch new cases, introduce permanent caregivers to families, and model best-practice care techniques

• Provide hands-on care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, light exercise, meals, housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders

• Ensure quality & safety: Conduct home-safety assessments, perform quality-assurance visits, direct collaboration with Director of Nursing.

• Support our caregivers: skills refreshers, and competency checks to elevate team performance.

• Serve on the on-call rotation: Help cover caregiver call-outs, fill urgent shifts, and address client concerns after hours.

• Problem-solve in real time: Respond to changes in client condition, escalate issues appropriately, and keep families informed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ year of professional caregiving experience (CHHA required)

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members

  • Proven ability to coach and mentor peers

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients as needed

  • Comfort with mobile apps/Wellsky for documenting care

  • Compassionate, ethical, and calm under pressure—a true professional in every scenario

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
