Full job description
About Triomics Triomics is building the AI infrastructure for modern oncology. Across the U.S., cancer care providers rely on highly trained staff to manually review unstructured patient records such as pathology reports, clinical notes, genomic panels, and scanned faxes to support workflows like matching patients to the right clinical trials, preparing for upcoming visits, and quality reporting. We replace that manual effort with task-driven AI agents embedded directly into clinical workflows, automatically processing medical records at scale and in real time.
Our platform is trusted by 4 of the top 10 Best Hospitals for Cancer ranked by U.S. News, along with several of the largest community oncology practices. We have grown 10x over the last year and now process millions of oncology medical documents each month.
The Role We're hiring a Event Marketing Manager to own how Triomics shows up in the real world: conferences, activations, and our own hosted events. This is a hands-on, in-the-room role. You'll run events end-to-end and turn them into pipeline and relationships.
Triomics builds oncology AI for the country's leading cancer centers. Our fully EMR-integrated platform turns dense patient charts into structured clinical data and matches patients to trials. We recently closed a Series B and getting in front of the right people in person is a big part of how we grow.
The best person for this role is high-energy, and genuinely good with people. You can run a booth, work a room, and hold a real conversation with a hospital or cancer center stakeholder about what we do.
What You'll Do: Own events end-to-end
-
Plan and run our presence at industry conferences: booth, logistics, staffing, and follow-up
-
Own Triomics-hosted events (dinners, activations, field events) from concept to execution
-
Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and everything that makes an event actually happen
Turn events into pipeline
-
Work the room: generate and qualify leads on-site, and hand them off cleanly to sales
-
Build the pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up that turns a badge scan into a conversation
-
Track what's working and double down on the events and formats that drive pipeline
Represent Triomics in the field
-
Be a credible, friendly face for the company with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
-
Hold a short, sharp conversation about what Triomics does and why it matters
-
Bring the field back to the team: what people are asking, what's resonating
Be a force multiplier across the company
-
Partner with sales and marketing to align events to pipeline goals
-
Build the repeatable event playbook as we scale our presence
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
-
You've owned at least one conference or hosted event end-to-end
-
You have a working pre- and post-event motion that produces qualified leads
-
Sales trusts the handoff quality from your events
-
You can confidently represent Triomics in a hallway or booth conversation
-
You've established which events and formats are worth our time and budget
Must-haves
-
Experience running events and managing booths end-to-end
-
High energy and strong people skills, comfortable starting conversations with strangers
-
Strong project management: you can juggle logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines without dropping anything
-
Ability to hold a credible, roughly 10-minute conversation with hospital or clinical stakeholders
-
Bias to action and ownership, you make events happen without being managed
-
Willingness to travel roughly twice a quarter, up to monthly, for events and activations
-
Excellent communication and follow-through
Nice-to-haves
-
SDR or lead-generation experience at conferences
-
Experience in health tech, healthcare, or a startup
-
Familiarity with CRM and marketing or event tools
-
A track record of tying events to pipeline
-
Design or content skills for event collateral
