Job Summary:
Blue Ridge Premiere Medicine (https://www.brpmed.com/index.php) is seeking a full-time Concierge Primary Care Physician to join a new outpatient practice Plateau Concierge Medicine in Cashiers, North Carolina.
The physician will offer enhanced access and continuity of care, including 24/7 availability and extended office visits. This position emphasizes proactive wellness, prevention, and comprehensive care coordination tailored to each patient’s unique health goals. This role is designed for a physician who values quality over volume and is committed to providing exceptional patient-centered service within a membership-based practice.
Qualified Candidates :

Board certified in internal medicine or family medicine

3+ years of experience

Ability to manage a small patient panel with high responsiveness - managing referrals and coordinating with specialists

Excellent verbal communication skills, bedside manners, and ability to build long-term relationships

Please note that this position does not offer visa support
Position Highlights :

Incoming physician will join a new concierge service with 2 Physicians, 2 RNs, and an Office Manager

Monday – Thursday 8 am – 5 pm; every other Friday 8 am – 1 pm

Patients will have direct access to the physician with 24/7 access via phone, patient portal, or email, and offer weekday same-day or next-day appointments for acute issues

Extended appointments allowing for unhurried visits (45–90 minutes)
