Associate Residence Manager

Associate Residence Manager

Schedule:Full Time, may include evenings and/or weekends

Pay: $21.54

Location: Openings in Madison County

SIGN ON BONUS-UP TO $1000

TheAssociate Residence Managerwill combine hands-on direct support responsibilities with leadership duties that help ensure the smooth operation of the residence. You will work closely with individuals, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to promote person-centered services and quality outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, skill development, community participation, and achievement of personal goals while promoting independence and dignity

  • Assist with medication administration, medical appointments, implementation of behavior support plans, and maintenance of health-related records in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements

  • Complete required reports, progress notes, and service documentation accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with agency standards and OPWDD regulations

  • Assist with training, mentoring, and onboarding new employees, provide direction during shifts, and help ensure appropriate staffing coverage and supervision

  • Partner with internal teams to help develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans that promote personal growth and meaningful outcomes

  • Help oversee daily residence operations, including site safety inspections, fire drills, resident finances, scheduling support, and communication of important resident and staff information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's of Bachelor's preferred

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

  • Valid New York State driver's license with at least 18 months of driving experience

Salary Description

$21.54 Hourly
