Hourly Wage Range: $16.50–$17.00 per hour
Actual rate offered will be based upon experience, location, and position.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering outstanding guest service

Maintain accuracy with transactions, reporting, and hotel systems

Keys to Success

Prior customer service experience required (hotel experience preferred)

Flexible availability including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to compile facts and figures

Ability to lift, pull, or push moderate weight (minimum 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs)

Clear and professional communication skills in person and over the phone

Strong command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Comfortable operating hotel systems and general office equipment
