Level Description Professional’ Leveling Guide consists of jobs with a professional nature that require “learned knowledge” most often attained through advanced education and experience. This can include business and/or clinical professionals. Market Summary Plans and conducts programs to educate patients about nutrition. Conducts nutrition assessments and obtains nutrition history from patient. Consults with physicians and other health care personnel to determine patient's nutritional needs and diet restrictions.
