Your Day-to-Day Environment

Travel daily to customer sites in your assigned territory, driving about 30–300 miles per day

Work independently out of your own company-provided service vehicle

Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50–100 lbs while standing and walking for most of the day
What You'll Take Ownership Of

Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments with a strong focus on quality

Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right

Build strong relationships and be the main point of contact for customers on site

Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients update

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus)

Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work

Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
