Are you passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences and creating memorable moments for guests? The Bistro at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Bistro Server to join our team in a full-time, year-round role.
In this position, you'll provide attentive and personalized table service while helping create a welcoming dining atmosphere for both hotel guests and local visitors. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building connections with guests, and being part of a collaborative restaurant team, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round
Shifts: Vary and include days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Location: The Bistro at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout their dining experience

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
-
Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards

Answer guest questions regarding menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections
-
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
-
Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
-
Assist with opening and closing side work, including setting tables, stocking service stations, and maintaining dining room cleanliness
-
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide exceptional service
-
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards
Skills & Requirements:

Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Performance Measurement:
- 90-day performance review, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
