Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking caring, reliable School Aides to support students in K-12 school settings throughout the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding communities. If you enjoy working with children, want a consistent daytime schedule, and are looking to make a positive impact in the classroom, we'd love to hear from you!

School-based only — no evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts

What You'll Be Doing
-
Provide support to students throughout the school day
-
Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily routines
-
Encourage student engagement, participation, and positive behavior
-
Help create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
-
Support students during classroom transitions, recess, lunch, and school activities
-
Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and school staff
-
Provide additional support to students who may need academic, social, or behavioral assistance
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
-
Have experience working with children or adolescents
-
Have experience in ABA, caregiving, childcare, after-school programs, tutoring, mentoring, summer camps, or organizations such as Think Together
-
Enjoy working in educational settings and supporting student success
-
Are patient, dependable, and adaptable
-
Communicate professionally and work well with a team
-
Are comfortable working in K-12 school environments
-
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
-
Can meet district onboarding and clearance requirements
Preferred Experience
-
ABA or behavioral support experience is highly preferred
-
Experience as a School Aide, Instructional Aide, Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Childcare Provider, Think Together Program Leader, Youth Mentor, or Tutor is strongly encouraged to apply
