Key focus areas include Perform calibrations on bioreactors, utilities, formulation and aseptic area equipment., Assess calibration systems and manage the overall calibration program., and Calculate and evaluate process tolerances and instrument tolerances..

Important skills include Tolerance Calculation, Calibration System Assessment, Process Tolerance Evaluation, Process Instrumentation, Calibration Program Management, and Temperature. Preferred (not required): Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman, and Procal Software.

Full job description

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) provides a comprehensive portfolio of technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry. As a world leader in life science engineering and technical solutions, MTG has the knowledge and experience to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device safety and efficacy guidelines. With offices in Caguas, PR, Boston, MA & San Francisco, CA and we serve life sciences clients in six global markets: United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.

Job Responsibilities:

Experience performing calibrations in Pharmaceutical Industry Environment. Biotechnology preferred.
Strong Knowledge of tolerance calculation
Experience in Calibration system assessment
Strong knowledge of process tolerance evaluation.
Process Instrumentation/ Calibration to manage the calibration program.
Experience performing calibrations to Bioreactors, Utilities, Formulation, and Aseptic Areas.
Experience in Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman, or Procal Software is highly preferred.

Knowledge in cGMP
